A joint event between the Students Association and Student Services will run over two days, the January 28 at City Campus and January 29 on the Riverside Campus.
Eddie Buggy, a counselling coordinator, said: “the event will have an underlying theme being if we settle into ourselves rather than re-invent ourselves, we’ll get where we want to go.”
The Counselling team will also have a stall that will be focused on rest, reflection and recharging.
They will also bring back the incredibly popular Therapet sessions which brings in therapy dogs and lets students interact with them.

The staff will not be the only ones included in this event, however, as beauty students will be offering treatments at both events.
Alyson Bell, curriculum head for complimentary therapies, said: “We’re delighted to be involved in it; I’ll have a number of students who will be offering some holistic wellness therapies. Things like hands and arm massage and seated head, neck and shoulder massage.”
Rebecca Ivers, vice president for Social & Activities, along with Buggy, said: “The Kali Collective yoga studio has been invited to do live demos but are awaiting official confirmation.”
Scottish Action for Mental Health (SAMH) will be at City Campus on the 28th and will be offering their services and advice.
At the City Campus the stalls will be in the gallery space with the Therapet dogs in the Student Association, the same will be done at the Riverside Campus.
