Calvin Harris is Bringing the Tunes to Hampden Park in 2026

Harris will take his global presence back to Scotland next year

Calvin Harris, one of the most influential Scots and DJs of all time has announced that he will be performing in Hampden Park next summer. This huge gig aims to bring summer sounds to Glasgow; here is everything you need to know.  

Born in Dumfries, Harris has been a national super star who has dominated the charts since his debut in 2007 with ‘I Created Disco’. The show will be taking place at the Scottish National Football stadium on 1 August next year.  

Harris said there are several “special guests” who are yet to be announced. Harris is returning after headlining at the Scottish festival ‘TRNSMT’ at Glasgow Green in 2024 along with other big artists like Liam Gallagher and Gerry Cinnamon

He is one of the biggest names in music, he has broken multiple records over the years having over 35 billion streams during his career across all platforms. The Scottish artist has won Grammys, Brit Awards and MTV VMAs. He holds the record for the most UK top 10 singles by a Scottish artist and consistently ranks among the top 10 richest DJs in the world. He has collaborated with other big hits like Frank Ocean, Pharrell Williams, Rihanna, The Weekend and Travis Scott.  

Harris has released many worldwide hits with some of his biggest being tracks like ‘We Found Love’ and ‘One Kiss’ featuring Rihanna and Dua Lipa. The announcement for his performance came after the announcement that he’ll also be playing at Creamfields, the Isle of Wight Festival and Belfast’s Boucher Playing Fields, on 18 and 22 August next year.

Artist presale starts on the November 5 starting at 9am. Fans of the DJ who have signed themselves up to Gigs in Scotland will have early access to the presale from 10am of the same day. For anyone who does not have access to either the Artist or general presale, regular sale of tickets starts from 7am with tickets to be resold by sellers afterward at higher prices for any who miss their shot at a ticket. He is yet to announce any other shows so far, but Scotland is always a must visit for Harris as staying close to his home and heritage is important.
